Nelson and Ratcliff awarded

Canton High School leaders recently selected Juniors Caitlin Nelson and Jaquavian Ratliff as the recipients of the Clarkson University Awards. Nelson was chosen to receive $60,000, over four years, for the Clarkson University Leadership Award, the highest honor at the university. Ratliff was selected to receive $48,000, over four years, for the Clarkson University Achievement Award. The private university in Postdam, New York, is a national research university and leader in technological education and sustainable economic development. It has over 4,800 students and more than 90 rigorous programs of study.
