Aislynn Cochran named to EMCC 2022 Homecoming Court

Canton resident Aislynn Cochran is a member of East Mississippi Community College’s 2022 Homecoming Court and was recognized Oct. 22 during halftime of East Mississippi Community College’s Homecoming football game. A sophomore maid, Cochran is the daughter Robert and Misti Mason, and Thomas and Meagan Cochran. She is escorted here by her brother, Landon Cochran. She graduated with honors from high school, where she was a member of the varsity basketball, softball, track, tennis and archery teams. She was captain of her cheer squad and was named All American Cheerleader. In 2019-20, she was elected Miss Teen Madison County. At EMCC, Cochran is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and has been named to both the President’s and Dean’s lists. She is a member of the softball team, cheer captain and was chosen as an EMCC Top 5 Beauty. She is working on her degree in Nursing at EMCC. After graduation, she plans to pursue a career as a pediatric oncology or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit nurse.
