Allison’s Wells Quilt Guild Update

The Guild has been busy this month completing their yearly donation items for the Canton Parks and Recreation Cancer Survivors Luncheon.  This is the 4th  year that the Guild has provided several items for this worthy cause.

This year the Guild has made and donated to The Canton Parks and Recreation; a 1-Lap Quilt, 2-Quilted Pillows, and 1-Quilted Tote Bag.  In October the Guild will be presenting an educational sewing class on  “Quilt As You Go” table runners.  The Quilt Guild meets every Tuesday from 10am  till about noon.  February through  October they meet at the Canton Visitor and Convention Center and after the fall Canton Flea Market they meet at  First Presbyterian Church through the end of January. Their business meeting is on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
