Canton High School presents top scholarship awards

At the Canton High School Class of 2022 Commencement, the following scholarships were recognized, LaMya Taylor was awarded $66,000 from Alcorn State University; LaNya Taylor was awarded $66,000 from Alcorn State University; Marquicia Douglas was awarded $39,500 from Alcorn State University, Jones College, Mississippi College, and Mississippi State University; Madison Archer was awarded $20,000 from Alcorn State University; Ja’Nyla Williams was awarded $20,000 from Alcorn State University; Equanyae Warren was awarded $20,150 from A&K Transportation LLC and Alcorn State University; Azariya Shields was awarded $12,500 from Alcorn State University, Canton Flea Market, Hinds Community College, Renza & Arleen Anderson Scholarship, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Tau Phi Zeta Chapter Canton.
