Blackmon honored by Health Center

The G.A. Carmichael Family Health Center recently honored Senator Barbara Blackmon with a luncheon. Blackmon was instrumental in securing the funding for the new G.A. Carmichael Family Health Center in Carthage. Center leaders said that “it’s always a blessing to give honor and a privilege to acknowledge someone who has love and compassion for their community and those whom they serve.”
