Fresh tomatoes, cabbage, corn, greens, squash, and more were produced in the Helping Hands Garden of Madison County Allied Against Poverty (MadCAAP). Producing over 7,640 pounds of produce, the garden volunteers helped provide for those in need. MadCAAP partners with individuals, churches, businesses and civic groups to meet the varying needs of community brothers and sisters who are hungry and thirsty, in need of clothing and safer homes, as well as those who are lonely and in need of emotional support.
