Canton Tigers Turn Things Around

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Neshoba Central, Canton was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Raymond Rangers by a score of 12-9. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.

Sadrevian Devine was excellent, scoring two runs while going 3-for-3.

The victory got Canton back to even at 1-1. As for Raymond, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Canton will head out to take on Callaway at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Raymond, they will be playing at home against Terry at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
