The Summer Connection program at the Canton Connect Center recently came to a close.
Spanning six weeks this summer, the Summer Connection program provided fun and educational opportunities for children in the community.
Attendees learned the importance of planting seeds in good soil, how to conduct a science excitement and how to make slime.
Students also practiced a variety of life skills. They learned how to fix the tires on their bike, how to sew a button and how to bake resurrection rolls. They studied how Jesus rose from the grave, and they reviewed John 3:16, which they learned during the school year at Tutoring Connection.
