DAR presents scholarships to local seniors

Canton’s Doak’s Treaty Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently presented two Madison County High School seniors with the DAR Good Citizen’s Award for 2024. Students receiving this award are recognized for exhibiting good citizenship and patriotism. The recipient for Velma Jackson High School was Ca’Niyla Banks, and the recipient for Canton Academy was Anna Claire Mabry.
