Madison County Farm Bureau talks with Commerce A. Gipson

Madison County Farm Bureau hosted a meeting on January 11, 2024, at Rob’s Fellowship Hall of Thornton Chapel. Mississippi Farm Bureau President Mike McCormick, and Mississippi Commissioner of Agricultural and Commerce Andy Gipson were invited to share with the group plans for the future and to answer questions. Approximately 40 attended and the discussion ranged from over population of deer to solar farming. Commission Gipson and Mr. McCormick stayed after the program for one on one visits. Farm Bureau Board Member Sammy Blossom said, “Getting together.”
