Recently, Canton Academy inducted several high school and junior high students into the National Honor Society.

According to the National Honor Society website, “National Honor Society (NHS) membership has been the true mark of student achievement for over one hundred years, but it goes far beyond a report card. By empowering, championing, and recognizing well-rounded students, NHS provides schools with a values-based framework to elevate a culture of scholarship, service, leadership and character.”

Inductees included Mackenzie Mercer, Logan Phillipson, Olivia Ford, Rue Boykin, Addison Cado, Trinity Craig, Emily Dearman, Tanner Floore, Bren Gore, Tillie Oglesbee, Ali Smith, Aisley Spell, Mackenzie Turner, Kaitlyn Warren and Houston Williams.
