CHS’ Austin presents at MDE

Canton High School teacher Janiece Austin recently presented at the Mississippi Department of Education’s “The Time is Right - Improving Outcomes for Students with Disabilities” mega-conference, held at the Hilton Hotel in Jackson. Austin’s topic was “The Time Is Now to Prepare for Adulthood Outcomes.” The session aimed to prepare young people and families on how to transition from high school to independent living.
