Lawrence Greene honored as Hinds IDEAList

The spring 2023 honorees in the IDEAList employee recognition program at Hinds Community College (HCC) were recently honored at the HCC Board of Trustees meeting. IDEALists can be nominated by anyone and should model the IDEALS as identified in the college values of Integrity, Diversity, Excellence, Accountability, Leadership and Stewardship (IDEALS). Lawrence Greene of Canton, an English instructor at Hinds’ Jackson campus, was among the ten who were honored. Greene has worked at Hinds for fifteen years. He oversees the English department at the Jackson campus and teaches English composition and literature classes.
