CCC student of the month

Emily Sullivan was recently named Canton Career Center’s Student of the Month.

John Chalk and Sam Goodman, investigators with the Rankin/Madison County District Attorney’s office, presented her with the award. The tenth-grade law and public safety student wants to pursue a career as a crime scene investigator. Sullivan is CCC’s 2022-2023 Ms. SkillsUSA. She won first place in the 2023 SkillsUSA state competition in Employment Applications. She will participate in the National SkillsUSA competition in Atlanta, Georgia, in June 2023.
