MCBS proclaim Law Enforcement Appreciation Week

The Madison County Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution proclaiming May 14-20, 2023, as Madison County Law Enforcement Appreciation Week. 


Recognizing the importance of safe communities and its impact on economic development and quality of life, the economic development support organizations in the county have collaborated to celebrate and commemorate the outstanding work of the municipal and county law enforcement officers and first responders in Madison County. During the week of appreciation, the local business community, schools, churches, organizations and individuals are encouraged to recognize local law enforcement officers for their dedication and commitment to the protection of the citizens of Madison County.
